Grandma Tran opened up our first family restaurant, Thien Thanh, in Orange County, California back in '84. She served over 100 authentic Vietnamese dishes on her menu and raised 11 kids! Eventually, all of them paired up to open their own phở restaurants and I've worked my way through most of the locations. Over the years, I've developed my collection of naminal-style recipes. Whisk together a background education in culinary arts with a career in e-commerce and Nam's Eatery was born.
Our mission is to put namtastic Vietnamerican food on the map. I find fulfillment in creating, sharing, and savoring flavors, sights, and sounds. It brings me great pleasure to serve the local community and provide jobs so our team members can provide for their own families. I hope to connect with like-minded individuals who appreciate creativity and find purpose in making a positive impact.
